This is a permanent role offering long-term stability on a structured Panama shift pattern.<br><br>You'll be part of a hands-on engineering team responsible for keeping production running efficiently through both reactive and planned maintenance.<br><br>The Role<br><br>Fault finding across electrical and mechanical systems<br>PLC fault finding at I/O level<br>Working on motors, drives, sensors, gearboxes and conveyors<br>Carrying out planned preventative maintenance<br>Attending breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly<br>Supporting reliability and continuous improvement activity<br>Maintaining high safety and engineering standards<br><br>About You<br><br>NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)<br>Apprenticeship trained (electrical bias preferred)<br>Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or automated environment<br>Strong multi-skilled fault-finding capability<br>Able to read and interpret electrical drawings<br>Comfortable xwzovoh working 12-hour days and nights<br><br>What's on Offer<br><br>£51,000 salary<br>Panama shift pattern (built-in rest periods across the year)<br>Company pension<br>Life assurance<br>Employee Assistance Programme<br>Ongoing training and development<br>Stable, well-invested siteIf you're a solid multi-skilled engineer looking for a secure role with a strong shift pattern and a busy automated site, apply now to find out more
