<p>Job Description</p><br>A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.<br><p>An exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to provide M&E maintenance to commercial buildings across London. This is a hand's on supervisor position.</p><p>Mobile Engineering Supervisor Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks.</li><li>Maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and BMS operation.</li><li>Ensuring all corrective/repair works meet safety regulations and compliance standards.</li><li>Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.</li><li>Completing reports, logbooks, RAMS, and permits to work.</li><li>Liaising with tenants and client representatives regarding maintenance issues.</li><li>Supporting the wider building services team as required.</li></ul><p>Mobile Engineering Supervisor Requirements:</p><ul><li>City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>Proven experience in building services maintenance.</li><li>Experience supervising and leading a small engineering team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks. xwzovoh </li><li>Professional, personable, and career-driven.</li></ul><p>Mobile Engineering Supervisor Salary & Benefits:</p><ul><li>Up to £55,000 per annum</li><li>Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00</li><li>20 days holiday</li><li>Pension scheme</li><li>Career development and training opportunities</li></ul>
