<p>Job Description</p><br>Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.<br><p>Position; Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician</p><p>Location; Bicester</p><p>Salary; £35,000 - £45,000</p><p>We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Mobile Alloy Wheel & S.M.A.R.T Repair Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint repairs, and vehicle cosmetic repairs.</p><p>You will be working on a mobile basis, carrying out high-quality repairs to customer vehicles while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining company standards.</p><p>Key responsibilities;</p><ul><li>Carry out alloy wheel refurbishment and repairs</li><li>Perform S.M.A.R.T repairs including scratches, scuffs, dents, and paint damage</li><li>Prepare, prime, paint, and finish vehicle surfaces to a high standard</li><li>Assess vehicle damage and determine the best repair methods</li><li>Use repair equipment and materials safely and effectively</li><li>Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company quality standards</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mobile unit/work area</li><li>Provide professional customer service at all times</li></ul><p>Required;</p><ul><li>Previous experience in alloy wheel refurbishment and/or S.M.A.R.T repair</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and paint processes</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively</li><li>Full UK Driving Licence required</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude</li></ul><p>Desirable Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience working in a mobile repair environment</li><li>Knowledge of colour matching and paint blending</li><li>Bodyshop or vehicle cosmetic repair background</li></ul><p>Commutable locations;</p><p>Bicester, Oxford, Witney, Banbury, Alyesbury.
