Job Title: MEP Project Manager<br><br>Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.<br><br>Location: London<br><br>Salary: £65,000 to £85,000 DOE<br><br>We are working on behalf of a well-established mechanical and building services contractor that is seeking an experienced MEP Fit-Out Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out projects across London.<br><br>This role will suit a Project Manager with a solid background in mechanical building services, capable of managing projects covering HVAC, ventilation, pipework, plant installations, and associated mechanical packages. Candidates may come from a mechanical or building services background, with recent experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>Take full end-to-end ownership of MEP fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account.<br><br>Manage mechanical packages including HVAC, ventilation, ductwork, pipework, plant rooms, and associated systems.<br><br>Prepare and review project programmes, cost plans, and delivery strategies.<br><br>Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.<br><br>Review and coordinate mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.<br><br>Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and health & safety legislation.<br><br>Oversee RAMS, O&M documentation, variations, and final accounts.<br><br>Attend site and client meetings, providing regular progress and commercial updates.<br><br>Skills / Experience / Qualifications:<br><br>Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering mechanical fit-out or building services projects.<br><br>Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC and associated services.<br><br>Experience working on commercial projects such as CAT A / CAT B fit-outs, refurbishments, or similar environments.<br><br>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.<br><br>Experience managing subcontractors and site-based delivery teams.<br><br>Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. xwzovoh <br><br>Proficient with standard PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, project documentation systems).<br><br>If this could be of interest, please drop me an email to (url removed) or call me at (phone number removed)<br><br>Alec Lintern<br><br>Recruitment Consultant | TDA Telecoms
