<p><strong>Mechanical Maintenance Engineer </strong></p><p>Carbon60 is looking to recruit an <strong>Mechanical Maintenance Engineer</strong> to work for one of the leading Company based in <strong>Worcestershire</strong>.</p><p><br><br>Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.<br></p><p><strong>ROLE</strong>: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer</p><p><strong>PAY RATE: </strong>£22p/h PAYE / £27.50 umbrella</p><p><strong>JOB TYPE</strong>: 3 Months (possible extension)</p><p><strong>LOCATION</strong>: Worcestershire</p><p><strong>HOURS:</strong> Monday to Friday, Hours of work ,8 am – 5 pm ,40 hours/week</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical building services</li><li>Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests</li><li>Assist with minor installation, upgrades, and adaptation works</li><li>Perform systematic fault finding on mechanical systems</li><li>Maintain systems including DHW, LPHW, CHW, ventilation, and pipework</li><li>Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations</li><li>Safely use tools, access equipment, and PPE as required</li><li>Complete job cards, maintenance records, and documentation accurately</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues and departments to minimize disruption</li><li>Participate in on-call rota and undertake Authorised Person duties where required</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Requirements:</strong> xwzovoh </p><ul><li>Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities environment</li><li>NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services or equivalent</li><li>Experience working on mechanical systems (heating, water, ventilation)</li><li>Pipe fitting experience</li><li>Good understanding of health & safety practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Note: </strong>This role involves joining an overnight on-call rota (10 PM–6 AM, 1 week in 5).</p><p>Extra pay is provided once fully trained.</p>
