Management Accountant York up to £50k plus bonus<br><br>Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.<br>This is a hands-on finance role in a growing Tech business, working closely with operations to understand how the business is really performing.<br>Youll sit on the commercial side of finance digging into project performance, challenging assumptions, and helping the business make better decisions. Expect a mix of analysis, month-end, and partnering with non-finance teams.<br>What youll be doing:<br>Analysing project and business performance looking whats working, whats not, and why<br>Explaining variances to cost centre owners, looking at whats changed<br>Driving strong financial control and compliance<br>Supporting forecasting and planning<br>Partnering with stakeholders to challenge numbers and improve decision making<br>Getting into the detail, spotting risks, trends, and opportunities early<br>What were looking for:<br>Ideally qualified/PQ Accountant with management accounts experience<br>Strong Excel skills (this is a must)<br>Ideally experience in a project accounting<br>Someone naturally curious and inquisitive - do you question the numbers or just report them? xwzovoh <br>Comfortable working with non-finance teams<br>Whats on offer:<br>23 days in the office<br>Flexibility around working hours<br>25 days holiday<br>Competitive benefits package<br>For further details, please contact Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan.
