Job Title: Management Accountant<br><br>All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.<br>Location: Wolverhampton<br>Salary: £55,000 - £60,000<br>About the Role<br>Robert Walters are currently supporting a leading business in Wolverhampton in the recruitment of a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.<br>Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant<br>Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis<br>Producing budgets, forecasts, and financial models<br>Providing insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions<br>Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation<br>Supporting year-end processes and liaising with auditors as required<br>Monitoring costs, margins, and performance against KPIs<br>Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency<br>Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures<br>The Successful Candidate will have the Following:<br>Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)<br>Proven experience in a management accounting role<br>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br>Excellent Excel xwzovoh skills and experience with financial systems<br>Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues<br>Well-organised with strong attention to detail<br>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines<br>Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
