<p>Job Description</p><br>Find out more about the daily tasks, overall responsibilities, and required experience for this opportunity by scrolling down now.<br><p>Reception 1:1 Teaching Assistants Wanted | BS9 | Full Time | September Start</p><p>We are looking for energetic and proactive Teaching Assistants to take on full time 1:1 roles in a Reception class in the BS9 area. This position starts in September and involves working closely with individual children who need additional support to thrive in their learning.</p><p>What You Will Be Doing:</p><p>- Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a child in Reception- Helping your pupil access the curriculum and engage with classroom activities- Supporting social, emotional and communication development- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to follow support plans- Building a positive and trusting relationship with your pupil- Encouraging independence and confidence in a nurturing way- Supporting your pupil during lessons, break times and transitions throughout the day</p><p> What We Are Looking For:</p><p>- Experience working with young children, ideally in EYFS or a school setting- A proactive and energetic approach- Patience, empathy and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs- Strong communication skills- Reliability and professionalism- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)</p><p> What Is On Offer:</p><p>- Full time hours, term time only- A rewarding role where you can make a real difference to a child's development- Competitive daily rates paid weekly via PAYE- No umbrella companies- A dedicated consultant who knows the BS9 schools and will support you throughout- CPD and training opportunities through Teaching Personnel- The opportunity to build strong relationships within one school</p><p>Start Date:</p><p>These roles are due to start in September.</p><p>If you are an energetic and caring Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role in Reception, we would love to hear from you.</p><p>Get in touch today to find out more or send your CV to start the conversation.</p><p>All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
