Job Title: Loading Shovel Operator (Wheeled Loading Shovel Driver)<br><br>Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.<br>Location: Rugby<br>Start Date: June 2026 (3-month contract, possible extension available)<br>Pay Rate: £19.00 – £21.00 Per Hour (Base PAYE Rate - Negotiable Based on Experience)<br>Industry: Aggregate Mixing Plant, Rail Depot, Concrete, Building Material, Manufacturing<br>Morson Edge are looking for a Loading Shovel Operator in the Rugby area, to work on an aggregate mixing plant and rail depot, which includes both road and rail material export.<br>The role will involve operating a Loading Shovel on site, to move and load materials into various bins, hoppers and crushers, ensuring consistent supply of material, including rail export.<br>Successful candidates will also help to ensure machinery is maintained, stockpiles are managed, ensuring the safe operation of machinery on site.<br>There is also the opportunity to complete cover shifts on other sites, between Birmingham and Banbury.<br>Applicable candidate ideally will have:<br>Previous experience working on in a similar environment, such as a quarry or aggregate mixing plant.<br>A valid CPCS / NPORS Card for Wheeled Loading Shovel.<br>A wealth of experience operating Loading Shovels in a similar environment.<br>Fit For Work / Safety Critical medical.<br>A valid MP Connect Card (Preferred but can be supplied for the right person).<br>Have an understanding of health and safety regulations within construction aggregates. xwzovoh <br>Strong communication skills, being punctual, reliable and a team player.<br>For more information or to apply for the role, please contact Tim Smyth on
