My client are looking for a technical leader to join their growing team of experts.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Lead Engineer, you'll take ownership of the design and implementation of Protection Systems across high-impact energy infrastructure projects throughout the UK. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.</p><p><br></p><p> What You'll Do:</p><p> Lead the technical delivery of Protection & Control systems across key projects</p><p> Design and review SLDs, schematics, layouts, and system architecture</p><p> Chair design workshops and engage stakeholders to align on compliant solutions</p><p> Conduct site visits and support installation, commissioning, and testing activities</p><p> Produce and review essential technical documentation (FDS, design specs, compliance reports)</p><p> Support sales, tenders, and project management with expert technical input</p><p> Ensure successful delivery within time, budget, and quality targets</p><p><br></p><p> What You'll Bring:</p><p> Proven xwzovoh experience in Protection & Control engineering within T&D systems</p><p> Strong understanding of UK standards, client requirements, and key technologies</p><p> Hands-on knowledge of IEC61850, substation protocols, and cybersecurity considerations</p><p> Experience with leading vendor technologies</p><p> Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience</p><p> Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel</p><p><br></p><p>Please apply ASAP if you are interested to hear more.</p>
