Think elite live events, major federations, premium rights holders, and large-scale broadcast operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Working On</strong></p><ul><li>Owning delivery of <strong>engineering projects end-to-end</strong></li><li>Leading technical workflows across broadcast + IT infrastructure</li><li>Making key decisions on <strong>equipment selection, design, and procurement</strong></li><li>Delivering <strong>Broadcast IP network projects</strong> (SMPTE 2022 / 2110 / NMOS)</li><li>Managing documentation including timelines, schematics, workflows, cable schedules</li><li>Supporting facility upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects</li><li>Line managing engineers and developing technical capability across the team</li><li>Acting as a consultative lead on new business pitches, RFPs, and growth projects</li><li>Driving reliability, service quality, and engineering excellence</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Tech Stack / Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Broadcast IP Networks</li><li>SMPTE 2022 / 2110 / NMOS</li><li>Broadcast systems + live production tech</li><li>Networking / IT infrastructure</li><li>Technical schematics / workflows / system design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Strong engineering background across <strong>Broadcast + IT</strong></li><li>Proven experience delivering <strong>technical projects</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>IP broadcast network design + implementation</strong></li><li>Ability to lead engineers and raise standards</li><li>Comfortable owning technical decisions and driving delivery</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication internally and externally</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Ideal Profiles</strong></p><ul><li>Lead Engineers in <strong>broadcast facilities / studios / OB / media operations</strong></li><li>Senior Broadcast Engineers ready to step into leadership</li><li>Engineering Managers who still enjoy staying close to technical delivery</li></ul><p>(Not a passive maintenance role — this is ownership, leadership, and delivery)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location </strong></p><ul><li>West London area</li><li>Monday–Friday core hours</li></ul><p><br></p><p>No need for a perfect CV to start the conversation. xwzovoh </p><p>If you’ve led broadcast engineering projects and want something with real ownership, let’s talk.</p>
