<p>Kubernetes Software Engineer - Up to £150k (flexible) + Bonus</p><p> London (hybrid)</p><p><br><br>Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.<br></p><p>A highly technical, engineering-led firm within the quant space is looking for a Software Engineer to work on a large-scale container platform that underpins critical systems.</p><p><br></p><p>The role</p><ul><li>Building and improving core components of a Kubernetes-based platform</li><li>Developing tooling and services to support large-scale, multi-tenant environments</li><li>Working on scheduling, orchestration, and performance of distributed systems</li><li>Contributing to platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency</li><li>Collaborating closely with infrastructure and platform teams</li><li>Writing production-quality code and improving engineering standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Scale / environment</p><ul><li>High-throughput distributed systems processing millions of workloads daily</li><li>Infrastructure spanning large compute clusters and GPU workloads</li><li>Highly automated environment with continuous deployment and change</li><li>Performance-sensitive systems with real scale challenges</li></ul><p> xwzovoh <br></p><p>What they’re looking for</p><ul><li>Strong software engineering background</li><li>Experience with Kubernetes in production environments</li><li>Proficiency in Go and/or Python</li><li>Experience building or working on distributed systems</li><li>Comfortable working in Linux-based environments</li><li>Ability to solve complex engineering problems at scale</li></ul>
