You'll be joining a small, collaborative UK team backed by a fast-moving global organisation.</p><p><br><br>Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.<br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p>Due to exceptional business growth and an expanding portfolio of Grocery and High Street retail partners, our client is seeking a <strong>Junior National Account Manager</strong> to support the management of key retail relationships. You will work closely with and report directly to the existing National Account Manager who leads these channels.</p><p>This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional looking to step into a national account role within a dynamic, entrepreneurial brand environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the management of Grocery & High Street national accounts, ensuring delivery of joint business plans and performance targets.</li><li>Act as a day-to-day point of contact for retailer counterparts, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.</li><li>Assist in preparing and presenting account plans, business reviews, and performance updates.</li><li>Monitor and analyse sales data, promotional activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of retailer activity.</li><li>Support the implementation of NPD launches, promotional plans, and category initiatives.</li><li>Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and internal performance tracking.</li><li>Attend retailer head office meetings and trade events as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in an FMCG commercial role, such as National Account Executive, Sales Support Executive, Commercial Executive, or similar.</li><li>Exposure to Grocery channel preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data sets.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>A passion for Sport/Fitness is essential for this role</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Remote role with flexibility and autonomy.</li><li>Opportunity to work within a high-growth, internationally recognised consumer brand.</li><li>Close mentorship from an experienced National Account Manager.</li><li>Genuine development pathway toward full NAM responsibility.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package. xwzovoh </li></ul><br>Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
