The opportunity is much more about ownership, practical build work, and helping shape how a lean team uses AI and automation from the outset.</p><p><br></p><p>The role is likely to suit someone who enjoys building useful things, working closely with stakeholders, and applying AI in a practical business setting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Building internal tools and lightweight platforms to improve workflow efficiency</li><li>Supporting automation across reporting, document handling, internal processes, and knowledge workflows</li><li>Working with AI / LLM-based solutions to solve practical business problems</li><li>Helping create bespoke internal systems rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf software</li><li>Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders in a lean, commercially focused team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What they’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Early-career profile, likely graduate to c.1–3 years’ experience</li><li>Strong hands-on ability with Python and practical software / automation tooling</li><li>Interest in AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and internal tool-building</li><li>Builder mentality — someone who enjoys creating, testing, and improving things</li><li>Comfortable working in a more entrepreneurial, less structured environment</li><li>Strong academic background preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Useful experience may include:</strong></p><ul><li>FastAPI, React, TypeScript, Streamlit, APIs</li><li>LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, automation tools</li><li>Internal tools, dashboards, workflow systems, CRM-type platforms</li><li>AI-enabled process improvement or business automation</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a particularly strong opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership early in their career and enjoys building practical solutions that have visible commercial impact. xwzovoh </p><p><br></p><p>If this sounds of interest, please apply or get in touch directly.</p>
