This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fun, highly experienced team in a fast-moving company with a clear plan and plenty of momentum and positivity.</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you will work closely with our Co-Founder, Commercial & Marketing Director, and our existing Account Manager and marketing team, as well as the wider team, to help manage and grow our customer relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only candidates selected to progress to the next stage will be contacted.</p><p><br></p><p>No agencies please, we are already receiving a strong level of interest for this role and do not require recruitment support on this occasion - thank you!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Closing 9th June 2026 </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, alongside the existing Commercial team and platform partners.</li><li>Work closely with the Co-Founder and Commercial & Marketing Director to help deliver our commercial plan across customer accounts.</li><li>Present and sell in new and existing game releases to customers (in-person and via video calls).</li><li>Ensure customers launch new games on time, and help identify and close gaps where games are missing from their portfolio.</li><li>Work with customers to secure strong placement and inclusion in relevant marketing activity.</li><li>Identify new revenue opportunities with existing customers and partners.</li><li>Coordinate multiple customer requests across different communication channels and keep things moving internally.</li><li>Attend key industry trade shows and events, meeting customers and partners in person to strengthen relationships and drive new opportunities.</li><li>Be a positive 4ThePlayer ambassador on LinkedIn: sharing stories, supporting launches, and engaging with the industry.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Must have</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years’ experience in a role involving regular customer communication (Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Sales Support, etc.).</li><li>Excellent spoken and written English.</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple customer requests across multiple channels (email, Slack/Teams, calls, etc.).</li><li>Experience working with partners and interacting with multiple sales/commercial teams (internal or external).</li><li>Ability to work independently, stay organised, and keep a positive mental attitude.</li><li>Strong presentation skills, including the ability (or willingness to learn) to demo a slot game at a deep level.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Genuine interest in betting and gaming (especially online casino).</li><li>Comfort with data: spotting trends, supporting reporting, and using insights to guide account activity.</li><li>Italian or Spanish language skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location & working hours</strong></p><p>Fully remote.
