As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll provide hands-on technical assistance across a dynamic, creative environment. From troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices to supporting Microsoft 365 and managing user accounts, you'll play a key role in keeping our teams connected and productive.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide first-line IT support via ticketing system and in person</li><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues</li><li>Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Apple devices</li><li>Deploy and maintain laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices</li><li>Escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous service xwzovoh improvement</li></ul><p>The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience doing a similar role and be familiar with ITSM tools and user account administration</p><p>Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p>
