<p>Job Description</p><br>Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.<br><p>The OpportunityIT Project Manager – Enterprise Systems Transformation</p><p>Hybrid working – based from one of the following locations:Sunderland | London | Aintree | Wakefield | Thurmaston - Fixed-term contract </p><p>We’re working with a large, complex enterprise organisation in the transport and infrastructure sector that is midway through a major enterprise transformation programme, centred around Oracle Fusion ERP, alongside an established Workday platform.</p><p>They’re looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager to support a critical delivery phase — someone who can work comfortably in the detail, collaborate closely with IT teams and third-party partners, and keep multiple workstreams aligned.</p><p>This is not a light-touch oversight role. You’ll be embedded within delivery and act as a key connector across technology, programme and business teams.</p><p>What you'll be doing?</p><ul><li>Coordinating IT delivery activity across a complex Oracle Fusion programme</li><li>Translating System Integrator requirements into clear, actionable plans for internal IT teams</li><li>Managing and maintaining RAID, delivery controls, dependencies and integration plans</li><li>Working closely with IT teams across integrations, environments, testing and readiness</li><li>Supporting governance, reporting and decision-making at programme and steering-group level</li><li>Ensuring IT deliverables are sequenced and aligned to overall programme milestones</li><li>Driving delivery clarity and momentum in a fast-moving transformation environment</li></ul><p>What you'll bring:</p><ul><li>Proven experience delivering IT or enterprise systems transformation projects</li><li>Strong understanding of RAID, controls, governance and delivery assurance</li><li>Comfortable working xwzovoh with IT teams, system integrators and third-party vendors</li><li>Experience in Oracle Fusion programmes (ERP / Finance / EPM / SCM) highly desirable</li><li>Confident operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments</li><li>Practical, delivery-focused mindset with the confidence to get into detail</li></ul><p>Why join?</p><ul><li>Large-scale, high-profile transformation programme</li><li>Hybrid working from multiple UK locations</li><li>Long-term contract offering both stability and challenge</li><li>Opportunity to make a real impact during a critical phase of delivery</li></ul>
