This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build experience in education or special needs support.</p><p>Key Responsibilities of an SEN Intervention Teaching Assistant:</p><ul><li>Targeted Intervention: Deliver one-to-one or small group support tailored to the students' specific needs-whether they are related to learning, social development, or behaviour.</li><li>Lesson Adaptation: Assist in planning and delivering lessons or activities that are accessible, engaging, and adapted to each student's individual learning style and pace.</li><li>Monitoring & Feedback: Track students' progress and regularly share observations with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure effective support is in place.</li><li>Emotional Support: Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages emotional resilience, confidence, and independence.</li><li>Collaborative Support: Work as part of a wider team-including teaching staff, SENCO, and parents-to implement consistent strategies that promote development and inclusion.</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For:</p><ul><li>Empathy & Patience: A calm and understanding approach to supporting children with additional needs, particularly during moments of difficulty.</li><li>Adaptability: A flexible mindset that recognises and responds to the unique challenges and strengths of each child. xwzovoh </li><li>Clear Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families</li><li>Competitive Daily Rate: £105-£120 per day</li><li>Location: Southwark</li><li>Schedule: Full time - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm</li></ul><p>If you're ready to start a fulfilling and impactful role as an SEN Intervention Teaching Assistant, we'd love to hear from you.
