This model, alongside our centralised resourcing team, means you'll be supported to work smarter, place faster and maximise your earnings - with clear progression and development from day one.<br>What's on offer...<br>£30,000 - £36,000 basic salary DOE + uncapped commission<br>Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm) + every 2nd Friday off<br>19 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) + your birthday off<br>Bespoke training and personal development through our in-house training team<br>Sales competitions with prizes including extra holiday days, spending money and short staycations<br>Healthcare and employee wellbeing schemes, Perkbox, Cycle2Work, and an ever-growing social calendar<br>The role...<br>Run and grow a successful industrial recruitment desk<br>Develop new business and expand existing client relationships<br>Deliver a consultative recruitment service to clients<br>Manage high-volume industrial recruitment campaigns<br>Work closely with our in-house Talent Acquisition team to fill roles efficiently<br>Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers<br>Use recruitment technology and AI tools to improve speed, quality and results<br>Keep up to date with market trends and identify opportunities for growth<br>What we're looking for...<br>Proven experience running an industrial recruitment desk<br>Full UK driving licence<br>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal<br>Well organised, commercially aware and able to multitask<br>Confident using CRM systems and recruitment technology<br>One last thing… We're looking for someone with personality, energy and ideas who can be a genuine self-starter.
