Job Title: HR Business Partner (Exclusive) Location: Belfast Introduction/Overview VANRATH has partnered exclusively with a leading UK-based organisation, with offices in Belfast to appoint an HRBP for the region.<br><br>If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.<br><br>The role will be focused on delivering a strategic people agenda across a complex, multi-site environment.<br><br>The role combines workforce planning, organisational design and employee relations expertise with strong commercial insight to support business performance.<br><br>Salary & Benefits Up to £55,000 Excellent pension Heavily discounted rates for use of company facilities Half-day Fridays About You / Candidate Requirements MCIPD qualified HR professional with a strong academic background, ideally including a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.<br><br>Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data, including key performance and balance sheet indicators.<br><br>Up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its practical application in complex workplace situations.<br><br>Solid understanding of learning, talent development and organisational development principles.<br><br>Proven experience operating as a senior HR professional in a standalone or senior advisory capacity within a commercially driven, multi-site or complex organisation.<br><br>Extensive hands-on experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance matters.<br><br>Demonstrated experience delivering complex organisational change, including restructures, TUPE, redundancy, redeployment and employment tribunal processes.<br><br>Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply sound judgement in complex and fast-moving environments.<br><br>Experience coaching and developing managers to improve leadership effectiveness and people management capability.<br><br>Experience designing and delivering engaging training sessions to support capability and organisational objectives.<br><br>What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities Gain a strong understanding of regional performance and key workforce indicators, using insight from financial and operational data to inform effective people planning.<br><br>Shape and deliver a forward-looking, prioritised workforce strategy aligned to wider organisational goals, ensuring initiatives are implemented successfully.<br><br>Lead ongoing review and enhancement of organisational design and staffing models to ensure agility, efficiency and effectiveness.<br><br>Use workforce analytics to anticipate future capability and resourcing needs, developing short, medium and long-term plans in collaboration with key stakeholders.<br><br>Champion internal mobility and career development pathways to support talent growth, engagement and retention.<br><br>Ensure robust delivery of learning, training and compliance requirements, identifying skills gaps and supporting targeted development solutions.<br><br>Lead and support significant organisational change programmes, including restructures, TUPE activity, service openings and closures, and role redesign.<br><br>Build trusted and constructive relationships with employee representatives, supporting meaningful consultation and negotiation where required.<br><br>Coach and empower managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve employee engagement and reduce employee relations issues.<br><br>Ensure consistent, fair and compliant application of HR policies and practices across the region, embedding high standards throughout.<br><br>For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Richard McFarland for a confidential chat today. xwzovoh <br><br>VANRATH acts as an agency and employment business for permanent recruitment and the supply of temporary workers.<br><br>Skills: CIPD Union experience ER<br>TPBN1_NI
