HR Business Partner<br><br>Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.<br>An established global manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its UK manufacturing operations on a fast-paced, 24/7 site.<br>This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor across workforce planning, talent, culture, employee engagement, and organisational change, with the opportunity to genuinely influence outcomes.<br>Key responsibilities include:<br> * Proactively partnering with leaders to drive strategic HR discussions and people-focused decision making<br> * Providing expert advice across employee relations, UK employment law, organisational design, reward, wellbeing, and learning & development<br> * Coaching and developing managers across the full employee lifecycle to build capability and confidence<br> * Collaborating with Centres of Excellence (ER, Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards) to deliver integrated HR solutions<br> * Supporting recruitment and workforce planning in line with operational needs<br> * Analysing people data and trends to inform decisions and continuous improvement<br> * Driving engagement initiatives and supporting a positive employee experience<br>About you:<br> * Significant HR Business Partner experience, ideally within manufacturing or operational environments<br> * Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and confidence managing complex ER cases<br> * Credible, pragmatic and able to influence and challenge senior stakeholders<br> * Highly organised, resilient and comfortable working in a high-volume, xwzovoh fast-paced setting<br> * Experience working within a matrix organisation and partnering with specialist HR teams<br> * CIPD Level 7 (desirable) and a full UK driving licence preferred<br>Additional information:<br> * UK-based role with regular travel to local sites<br> * Exposure to a 24/7 manufacturing operation<br> * Opportunity to play a key role in shaping people strategy and driving continuous improvement<br>If you’re an HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to the operation and wants to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you
