With consistent footfall from both locals and tourists, it delivers a busy, all-day dining operation centred around fresh, accessible food and a welcoming environment.<br>Overview<br>An established and well-regarded hospitality venue in the heart of a vibrant Cornish town is seeking a talented Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef looking to put their stamp on a menu, lead a team, and drive standards in a busy, guest-focused environment.<br>The Role<br>As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the kitchen, from menu development and food quality to team leadership and financial performance.
