This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and forward-thinking building services provider, offering a stable role, excellent working conditions, and long-term career development.</p><p>The Role:Working as a static engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of HIUs (Heat Interface Units) and associated mechanical plant across a high-end commercial/residential development.</p><p>Package:</p><ul><li>Salary up to £55,000</li><li>Static role in a prime London location (King's Cross)</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Overtime opportunities</li><li>Ongoing training and development</li><li>Clear progression routes within the business</li></ul><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Service, maintenance, and fault finding on HIUs</li><li>General mechanical maintenance across the site</li><li>Working on plant room equipment including pumps, valves, and pipework</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining heating and hot water systems</li><li>Responding to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns</li><li>Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations</li><li>Liaising with site management and clients</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Proven experience working with HIUs and mechanical systems</li><li>Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills</li><li>Background in building services / facilities maintenance</li><li>Relevant mechanical qualifications (desirable)</li><li>Good communication and customer-facing skills</li></ul><p>This is a great opportunity to work on a modern, well-maintained site for a company that values its engineers.
