(The Pay Breakdown) We don t just offer a flat rate; we provide a structure that rewards hard work and reliability.<br><br>The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.<br><br>Current Standard Rate: £12.75 per hour UPCOMING INCREASE (From April 6th): Base rate rises to £14.00 per hour .<br><br>Overtime (Mon Fri after 10hrs): Time-and-a-half ( £21.00/hr from April) Saturday Rate: Time-and-a-half for all hours worked ( £21.00/hr from April) Sunday & Bank Holiday: Double Time! ( £28.00/hr from April) Attendance Bonus: £1,040 per year (£20/week) for full attendance.<br><br>Tax Efficiency: Mobile worker allowance (up to £0.225/hr tax relief).<br><br>The Role Operating out of our strategic sites in the South East, you will be the face of TJ Transport .<br><br>You will be driving 8-wheel Tipper vehicles, transporting aggregates and muckaway between construction sites, quarries, and our recycling facilities.<br><br>The Mission: Help us achieve our goal of recycling 100% of the waste we receive.<br><br>The Schedule: Minimum 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available to significantly boost your take-home pay.<br><br>What You Need Licence: Category C (Class 2) is essential.<br><br>CPC: Valid Driver CPC & Digi Tacho card.<br><br>Experience: 1 year driving goods vehicles (preferred).<br><br>Bonus Skills: Previous Tipper or muckaway experience is highly desirable!
