HGV Class 2 Driver - Multi Drop

Do you hold a valid HGV Class 2 Licence and looking for a new challenge? Here at TradeChoice Carpet and Flooring we are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to support our busy warehouse helping to transport stock to our branches.<br><br>Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.<br><br>You will be responsible for performing multi-drop deliveries safely, efficiently and on schedule.<br><br>?? Monday<br>- Friday Key responsibilities Oversee the loading and unloading of the HGV to ensure it is conducted correctly and safely.<br><br>Conduct quality checks upon delivery and obtain customer signatures as proof of receipt.<br><br>Maintain full compliance with tachograph legislation and relevant safety regulations.<br><br>Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and free from preventable damage.<br><br>Report any accidents or incidents immediately, following company procedures.<br><br>Complete and submit daily vehicle inspection sheets to the Operations Manager.<br><br>Key skills Valid commercial driving licence (C) Valid Driver CPC Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting goods.<br><br>Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.<br><br>Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Why join us?
