<p><strong>Job title: Head of Marketing Operations</strong></p><br>Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.<br> <p><strong>Directorate: Marketing, Brand and Communications</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Harrogate</strong></p> <p><strong>Salary: Competitive</strong></p> <p><strong>Hours: 37 hours per week</strong></p> <p><strong>Closing date: Monday 1st June</strong></p> <p><strong>Permanent or Fixed Term: Permanent</strong></p> <p><strong>Role description:</strong></p> <p>We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to join our Marketing, Brand and Communications Directorate</p> <p>Reporting to the Direct of Marketing, Brand and Communications, you will be responsible for providing leadership to:</p> <ul> <li>develop the charity’s marketing plans in response to business need </li> <li>manage the marketing department's operations, prioritising workload and overseeing processes, technologies and team performance to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet charity governance requirements. </li> <li>analyse results and data to measure campaign effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and report results to the charity’s leadership team </li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Place the needs of people with cancer and supporters at the heart of marketing content and activity </li> <li>Lead and motivate the Marketing Operations team to deliver first-class campaigns and marketing activity </li> <li>Plan and prioritise the work of the Marketing Operations team</li> <li>Develop and communicate the marketing roadmap to senior leaders, the Board of Trustees and charity employees and volunteers</li> <li>Work closely with peers who represent the Fundraising and Brand and Communications teams to ensure marketing activities reinforce the brand, increase the number of committed donors and generate fundraised income</li> <li>Recommend budgets and resource requirements to support the charity’s Marketing Operations. </li> </ul> <p>To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience of managing or leading a marketing team. You will also need significant experience of developing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver against core objectives and Key Performance Indicators.
