<p><strong>Are you an experienced Facilities leader with a track record of managing complex, multi-site estates at scale? </strong></p><p><br><br>Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.<br></p><p><strong>Do you thrive in environments where compliance, safety, and operational excellence are non-negotiable? </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Are you looking for a senior leadership role where you can shape strategy, influence at Executive level, and drive real operational impact? </strong></p><p><br></p><p>MacGregor Black are partnering with a <strong>leading UK-based, multi-sector organisation</strong> to recruit a <strong>Head of Facilities</strong> on a confidential basis.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a leadership appointment responsible for the management, performance, and strategic development of a large and diverse property and facilities estate across the UK.</p><p>You will take full ownership of ensuring all buildings and infrastructure are safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and operating to the highest possible standard, while driving continuous improvement across a complex, multi-site environment. This role requires the Head of Facilities to be on site 5 days per week.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end management of facilities and property services across a multi-site UK estate</li><li>Set up, tender, and manage key contractors, suppliers, and service partners</li><li>Develop and maintain statutory compliance schedules ensuring full legal and regulatory adherence</li><li>Own facilities budgets, ensuring robust cost control and continuous service improvement</li><li>Oversee building maintenance, refurbishments, and capital projects in live operational environments</li><li>Implement and maintain robust H&S, statutory compliance, and risk management frameworks</li><li>Lead the development and rollout of a property-based FM system across the business</li><li>Audit completed works ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and delivery against SLA’s</li><li>Provide clear reporting and insight to Executive leadership on current and future property requirements</li><li>Drive standardisation, process improvement, and innovation across all FM activity</li><li>Build strong cross-functional relationships across the wider business to ensure alignment and delivery</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in a senior Facilities Management leadership role</li><li>Proven experience operating xwzovoh in a multi-site environment (retail, industrial, logistics, hospitality, or similar)</li><li>Strong background managing technical engineering teams and external contractors</li><li>Demonstrable experience in contract management, procurement, and supplier negotiation</li><li>Proven delivery of capital projects, refurbishments, and maintenance programmes in live environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance frameworks</li><li>Excellent budget management and cost control capability</li><li>Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, or IWFM (formerly BIFM)</li><li>Experience implementing FM systems or property management platforms</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Salary £70.000 per annum + benefits</p><p><br></p><p>For more information, please contact <strong>Shaun Docherty.</strong></p>
