Head Chef, Central London – £45,000 – £50,000<br><br>Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.<br>We are working with a busy, high-energy bar and kitchen in the heart of London's West End.<br>This is a venue built around sport, music, games, groups, parties, and a proper social atmosphere. Guests come in to watch the biggest fixtures, meet friends, enjoy a few drinks, and stay for food that is fun, fresh, and suited to a busy all-day operation.<br>The food offer is casual and crowd-pleasing, with a strong focus on burgers, pizzas, kebabs, salads, and sharing-style dishes.<br>This is a great role for a Head Chef or strong Kitchen Manager who knows how to run a structured, high volume, fast-paced kitchen where consistency, speed, standards, and team leadership matter every day.<br>The Role<br>You will lead a kitchen team of around 10 people, including Kitchen Assistants and the wider back-of-house team.<br>The site currently delivers around £20k food turnover per week, with natural fluctuations depending on events, sport, weekends, and peak trading periods.<br>You will be responsible for keeping the kitchen organised, motivated, and ready for busy services.<br>This role would suit someone from a branded, high street, casual dining, pub, bar, or leisure hospitality background.<br>What we need<br>Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or strong Sous Chef ready to step up<br>A background in busy branded, high street, casual dining, bar, pub, or leisure venues<br>Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of around 10<br>Confidence working with volume, pace, and consistency<br>Good knowledge of kitchen systems, prep, stock, ordering, rota planning, and compliance<br>A calm, organised approach during busy services<br>Experience with burgers, pizza, casual dining, or fresh family-style food<br>Pizza experience would be a real advantage<br>The right person will understand that great casual food still needs strong standards, consistency, and care.<br>Your background<br>Branded casual dining restaurants<br>High-volume pubs or bars<br>Sports bars or entertainment venues<br>High street restaurant groups<br>Busy all-day operations<br>You do not need fine dining experience<br>You need to be organised, hands-on, commercially aware, and comfortable leading a team in a venue where every day can feel different. xwzovoh <br>Apply now<br>If you are a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager who enjoys busy venues, casual food, and leading teams, this could be a brilliant next move.
