This is a high-profile role overseeing large-scale, high-end events including weddings, galas, corporate functions and VIP private dining.</p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented senior chef who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and has a passion for delivering flawless large-volume dining experiences.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As Head Banqueting Chef, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead, inspire and develop a large banqueting kitchen brigade</li><li>Plan and execute high-volume events ranging from intimate VIP dinners to 500+ covers</li><li>Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to create seasonal, innovative menus</li><li>Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event</li><li>Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas</li><li>Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and xwzovoh compliance</li><li>Drive creativity and continuously elevate the banqueting offering</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone who:</p><ul><li>Is currently a <strong>Head Banqueting Chef or Senior Sous Chef</strong> in a luxury hotel or premium events venue</li><li>Has strong experience delivering large-scale, high-end banqueting and events</li><li>Is a natural leader who can motivate and develop teams</li></ul>
