Our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and allied health professionals work collaboratively to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across the lifespan.</p><p>As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking to expand our team to meet increasing demand and support the diverse needs of our client community.</p><p><br><br>Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.<br></p><p><strong>Associate HCPC Registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist</strong></p><p>We are seeking qualified clinicians experienced in working with individuals, children and adolescents, as well as couples, to join our growing team.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Child & Family and/or Adult Pathway on a part-time associate basis. Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Conducting psychological assessments and developing collaborative formulations.</li><li>Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual client needs.</li><li>Providing individual therapy and, where appropriate, couples work.</li><li>Working sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varied psychological presentations.</li><li>Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>We are seeking psychologists with experience in NHS and/or private mental health settings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults.</li><li>Confidence managing complex presentations and/or neurodevelopmental conditions.</li><li>Training in therapeutic modalities such as Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, or Couples Therapy (desirable but not essential).</li><li>Strong clinical judgement, professionalism and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Availability to commit to regular weekly clinics (evening and Saturday availability particularly welcomed).</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Our Interview Process</strong></p><p>We aim to respond to all applications within one week. xwzovoh </p><ol><li>Screening Questionnaire – Shortlisted candidates will be sent a brief screening questionnaire to complete.</li><li>Asynchronous Video Interview – You will be invited to record a short video interview at a time that suits you.</li><li>Remote Interview – Successful candidates will be invited to an online interview with a panel of two.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>For further information about the role, please contact</strong></p><p> </p>
