<p>Job Description</p><br>Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.<br><p>Grounds Maintenance Operative – Gardener Location: Birmingham, B37  Salary: £25,893 per annum or £13.46 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 37 hours per weekMonday–Thursday: 7:30am–3:30pmFriday: 7:30am–3:00pm Contract: Temporary (sickness cover)Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Deliver high-quality grass cutting across estates and communal areas using modern equipment</li><li>Hedge, bush and shrub trimming, pruning and seasonal planting</li><li>Weed control, strimming and edging to ensure a neat, well-finished appearance</li><li>Safe removal and disposal of green waste</li><li>Litter picking and general site tidying</li><li>Light maintenance of paved and slabbed areas, including sweeping and weed treatment</li></ul><p>Important Requirements (Essential):</p><ul><li>Full UK manual driving licence – this is essential</li><li>Ability xwzovoh to drive a manual company vehicle as part of the role</li></ul><p>Desirable:</p><ul><li>PA1 & PA6 spraying licence</li><li>Banksman training</li><li>Licence to drive a trailer</li></ul><p>This role is subject to a Basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).</p>
