it is essential that we provide the tools to allow our team to develop their skills and expertise to match these demands.<br><br>We challenge our engineers to develop and progress within the organisation.<br><br>Our Development and Progression Framework details how people can develop within their roles and progress their career within the organisation.<br><br>Fingleton White is an Engineers Ireland's CPD Accredited Employer and we have systems in place to provide employees with targeted training and experience relevant to their grade.<br><br>Chartership is supported and encouraged through CPD and mentoring and is a requirement for senior engineering roles in the organisation.<br><br>We will provide you with all the training you need, exposure to projects, responsibility and real engineering experience to maximise your talents as an engineer.<br><br>Position: The Role.<br><br>Graduate Electrical CAD Technician REF: 2610 Due to continued growth in the business we wish to recruit a Graduate Electrical CAD Technician to work as part of our design team.<br><br>The successful candidate will join a growing team with senior support and will have the opportunity as their career progresses to acquire a broad range of skills and experience in design.<br><br>The initial role will include: Working in conjunction with & under the direction of our engineers, the role will predominately involve Electrical & Instrumentation drafting work using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical from Design through to As-Built stage.<br><br>Create Cable schedules using AutoCAD Electrical.<br><br>Potential to use Autodesk BIM software & 3D Modeling for more complex projects.<br><br>Drafting work for Mechanical and Civil drawings may also be required.<br><br>The successful applicant will receive, in parallel to project work, guidance & training to familiarize them with our company's methodology & standards in relation to the production of our drawings.<br><br>Training in our BIM/CAD software will also be available where deemed necessary.<br><br>The location for this role will be in our Antrim office.<br><br>Requirements: The Candidate.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have: HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering OR Significant relevant experience Experience using Autodesk Software (AutoCAD Electrical would be beneficial but not essential) 0 2 years experience.<br><br>Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.<br><br>Fluent written and spoken English is essential.<br><br>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.<br><br>Ability to work to agreed timelines and to a high standard.<br><br>Other information: What we offer.<br><br>An attractive remuneration package Career progression in line with published plan and educational support Year on year salary reviews Paid Paternity & Maternity Leave Continuous Professional Development & Pathway to Chartership.<br><br>Life Assurance Employee Assistance Programme Hybrid Working (remote and office) & Flexible Working Policy Group pension scheme with employer contribution Professional Certifications, pathways to become a Chartered Engineer Team wellness programmes Participation in ESG activities such as sustainability initiatives, biodiversity committee, STEPS to Engineering, Women in Engineering initiative Team social outings How to apply. xwzovoh <br><br>Please provide us with a CV which includes all relevant information including education details.<br><br>A cover letter should also be included as part of your application detailing why the role and location are of interest to you.<br>TPBN1_NI
