This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing end-to-end production across multiple regions, with responsibility for translating exceptional design into flawlessly executed pieces at scale. This is a senior, highly trusted role, responsible for shaping and leading the production landscape behind a design-led, craft-driven business. The position requires a rare balance of technical depth, operational clarity, and sensitivity to product. The Opportunity: You will take ownership of how collections and client pieces come to life, from production readiness through to final delivery. Working across atelier and external partners, the focus is on ensuring consistency, precision, and control as the business continues to evolve.The remit spans repeatable lines, high jewellery, and bespoke, with international exposure across both internal teams and specialist suppliers.
