Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline<br><br>Responsible for managing any HR issues while also being able to reward and recognise when needed<br><br>Demonstrate close attention to detail<br><br>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEExperience: You have a minimum of 2+ years of General Management experience in a high-volume hospitality or QSR environment. You are a seasoned operator who knows how to run a business. <br><br>Customer Satisfaction: You are obsessed with the guest experience and have the numbers to prove it. You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews. <br><br>Financial Expertise: You have full P&L ownership. You are an expert at driving top-line sales, managing complex budgets, and controlling costs (Labour/COGS) to maximise GP without compromising on quality. <br><br>Strategic Leadership: You don't just manage a team; you build a culture. You have a history of developing managers, planning succession, and creating a strong talent pipeline. <br><br>Operational Excellence: You set the standard.
