We are looking for someone commercially driven, people-focused, and passionate about delivering a brilliant guest experience while building a strong team culture.<br>The role would suit either:<br>- an experienced General Manager looking for greater autonomy and ownership, or - an exceptional Assistant Manager ready for the next step.<br>The Opportunity<br>The Goose & Cuckoo is continuing to grow both food and wet sales and has established itself as an important local venue with loyal regular trade.<br>We are not a corporate business.
