General Manager- Premium Restaurant Business<br><br>Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.<br>Location: London<br>Salary: £65,000 - £70,000<br>The venue has built a long-standing reputation within the London hospitality scene and remains an incredibly busy operation, serving everything from all-day dining and afternoon tea through to premium dinner experiences and extensive drinks offerings. The business now has a renewed focus on standards, guest experience, and repositioning itself back amongst London's leading hospitality destinations.<br>The Role:<br>Lead a £5 million turnover restaurant and bar operation within a wider £10 million hospitality business<br>Oversee a large and established team of approximately 70 employees<br>Drive standards, service, and consistency across a fast-paced, high-volume environment<br>Be highly visible on the floor, leading from the front and building strong guest relationships<br>Support the ongoing transformation and modernisation of the business<br>Work closely with senior leadership and a newly strengthened management team<br>Help embed a culture focused around hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence<br>Support new initiatives, launches, and ongoing improvements across the site<br>Ensure the guest journey feels polished, energetic, and memorable at every touchpoint<br>Play a key role in developing and inspiring a long-standing team through the next stage of the business' evolution<br>The Person:<br>Currently operating at General Manager level within premium hospitality<br>Strong background in high-volume London restaurants, brasseries, or lifestyle-led operations<br>Standards-driven with a genuine passion for hospitality xwzovoh and guest experience<br>Naturally floor-focused and visible - someone who enjoys being present with guests and teams rather than sitting behind spreadsheets<br>Commercially aware and financially astute, without being purely numbers-led<br>Experienced managing large teams within busy operations<br>Comfortable leading change and bringing fresh energy into established businesses<br>Strong people leader with personality, presence, and warmth<br>Experience within polished, service-led restaurant groups would be highly beneficial<br>Get in touch:
