Also including managing staff and corrective actions as necessary with support from the head office HR team.<br></li><li>Managing team rotas, holidays and absences.<br></li><li>Ensure compliance with internal company policies and industry regulations.<br></li><li>Accountable for cash handling and governance of closing down procedures.<br></li><li>Hire new team members through our company Applicant Tracking System and other approved methods of recruitment. xwzovoh <br></li><li>Train, develop and manage team to company standards in all aspects of their roles, maintaining high levels of customer service and employee engagement.<br></li></ul><br>Required Qualifications & Experience:<br><ul><li><br></li><li>5 year’s experience in a similar role<br></li><li>Team management experience<br></li><li>Excellent communication skills<br></li><li>Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks<br></li><li>A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction<br></li></ul><br>Compensation<br><p>Competitive salary</p><br>
