<p>Job Description</p><br>Scroll down to find the complete details of the job offer, including experience required and associated duties and tasks.<br><p>Full Stack Software Developer </p><ul><li>Location: Office-based</li><li>Function & Department: Product Development, Beanies Stream</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time permanent</li><li>Compensation: Fixed basic salary plus performance bonus and stock optionsA new exciting permanent opportunity has become available working with a fast-growing start-up who are at the forefront of intelligent interaction for accounting, blending machine learning, natural language processing, and human-centred design to create autonomous systems that redefine engagement with technology.As the Full Stack Software Developer, you will spearhead the delivery and quality of their customer-facing, frontend-driven bot experiences, ensuring they are performant, intuitive, and drive customer adoption.</li></ul><p>Day-to-day Responsibilities & Duties of the Role: </p><ul><li>Product Stream Delivery:<ul><li>Own end-to-end delivery from sprint planning to release and post-release review.</li><li>Translate product requirements into clear, technical tasks for the team.</li><li>Ensure deliverables meet timelines, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Manage product backlog and participate in prioritisation discussions.</li><li>Oversee architecture, scalability, and long-term sustainability.</li><li>Manage technical debt and system performance.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Leadership:<ul><li>Provide hands-on technical direction and guidance.</li><li>Define and enforce coding standards and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Stay updated with relevant frontend technologies and frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate on technical architecture decisions.</li><li>Identify and address technical risks or blockers.</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration & Communication:<ul><li>Ensure consistency across the company's full bot product ecosystem.</li><li>Engage with customer-facing teams for product demos and feedback.</li><li>Contribute to cross-team ceremonies and product team culture.</li></ul></li><li>People & Team Development:<ul><li>Oversee the quality of team outputs and provide performance feedback.</li><li>Identify training needs and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.</li></ul></li></ul><p>Role Requirements: </p><ul><li>Technical Requisites:<ul><li>Experience in backend or full-stack development.</li><li>Familiarity with bot platforms, conversational AI, or NLP tooling.</li><li>Agile delivery and sprint management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js React or equivalent)</li><li>Experience in backend technologies (Laravel/php, Python fastAPI</li><li>Experience in modern frontend technologies and backend technologies.</li><li>Proven experience using AWS including - ECS, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and terraform/terragrunt or infrastructure as code</li><li>Experience with AWS, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul></li><li>Personal Skills:<ul><li>Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to product quality.</li><li>Proactive problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities. xwzovoh </li></ul></li></ul><p>To apply, please apply with your full updated CV to be immediately considered. </p>
