<p>Job Description</p><br>To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.<br><p>Full Stack Developer (.NET / React)</p><p>Location: Luton (On-site)</p><p>Salary: £45,000 - £55k</p><p>We’re working with a growing, family-run business in Luton who are investing heavily in technology and automation.</p><p>They’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a small, hands-on team working across internal systems, integrations, and new AI-driven projects.</p><p>The Role</p><p>You’ll be working closely with a senior developer to build and improve systems that manage the full lifecycle of repair and maintenance jobs — from initial call through to invoicing.</p><p>There’s also a strong focus on automation and AI, with projects already underway to streamline processes such as call handling and operational workflows.</p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><p>•Building and maintaining applications using C# / .NET Core</p><p>•Developing and integrating REST APIs</p><p>•Working on front-end features using React (or similar frameworks)</p><p>•Supporting and improving existing internal systems</p><p>•Contributing to new automation and AI-driven projects</p><p>What They’re Looking For</p><p>•Commercial experience with C# and .NET (ideally .NET Core)</p><p>•Frontend experience (React preferred, Angular/JS also considered)</p><p>•Experience building or consuming APIs</p><p>•Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset</p><p>•Someone motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn</p><p>Package & xwzovoh Details</p><p>•Salary up to £55,000</p><p>•20 days holiday + bank holidays</p><p>•Pension</p><p>•On-site role in Luton (5 days initially, with flexibility later)</p><p>•Hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon–Fri)</p><p>•Parking available</p><p>Why Join?</p><p>•Work on real-world systems used daily in operations</p><p>•Opportunity to get involved in AI and automation projects</p><p>•Join a growing business with long-term career potential</p><p>•Be part of a close-knit, non-corporate team</p>
