<p>Job Description</p><br>Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.<br><p>Forklift Technician (Electrical Focus)£35k - £45k Mon - Fri - 8am - 5pm </p><p>The job:</p><ul><li>Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and servicing on forklifts and material handling equipment.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.</li><li>Ensure all completed work meets safety and quality standards.</li><li>Assist with managing the workshop and supporting other team members.</li><li>Occasionally travel to off-site locations for service and repair work.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Strong electrical engineering experience, particularly with forklifts or similar equipment.</li><li>Mechanical experience and qualifications are also important.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and solve problems, especially electrical faults.</li><li>Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.</li><li>Willingness to mentor and support less experienced engineers.</li><li>A valid driver’s license and your own transport (our location is rural).</li><li>Commitment to following health and safety procedures. xwzovoh </li><li>English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level (for sponsorship).</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Benefits</li><li>20 holidays + bank holidays</li><li>Pension Scheme</li><li>Private Medical Insurance</li><li>Sick pay</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full time permanent position</p><p>Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-5pm </p>
