Forklift Operative

We require a Forklift Operative for our K-Cabin depot to assist both customers and delivery personnel with the loading and unloading of equipment, yard organisation and other tasks.<br><br>Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.<br><br>What you will do: Use the forklift to load and unload accommodation units in a safe manner.<br><br>Process off-hired units in a timely manner.<br><br>Record any damages or missing products when off-hired into the yard.<br><br>Assist with on-hire preparation including furniture and other accessories.<br><br>Transport cabins to and from the workshops and wash bay areas as instructed.<br><br>Assist with yard organisation and housekeeping.<br><br>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and company policies and procedures.<br><br>What you will need: Excellent communication and customer service skills.<br><br>The ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br><br>Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br><br>Previous experience in a similar role.<br><br>Experience in the operation of forklift trucks.<br><br>Previous experience of operating 7T or larger forklifts would be advantageous.<br><br>Full driving licence and driving experience.<br><br>KDM Hire is a professional and dynamic business which has grown to become one of the UK and Ireland's leading equipment rental companies.<br><br>With over 35 years of experience within the industry, our passion remains the same to simply do 'whatever it takes' to deliver quality equipment and services to our customers.<br><br>We take PRIDE in our work, our customers and our company and we look for people that share our values: Positivity, Responsibility, Integrity, Determination, Energy. xwzovoh <br><br>Hours of work: Monday<br>- Thursday 7.30am- 5pm & Fri 7.30am<br>- 4pm, 41.5 hrs per week Location: Kilcronagh Business Park Salary: £14.50 per hour We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.<br><br>#nijobs To be considered for this role please click on the apply via CV button to submit your application<br>TPBN1_NI
