Fit-Out Site Manager

Overview We are working closely specialist NI Contractor known for delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland.<br><br>If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.<br><br>With a diverse portfolio spanning retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors, our client prides themselves on their agility and technical expertise.<br><br>Due to recent growth, they are now looking for a dynamic Site Manager who is ready to travel and lead multiple high-end projects (Must be willing to travel throughout Ireland & The UK).<br><br>The Role This is not a standard "painting and partitioning" fit-out role.<br><br>While you will manage high-end finishes for retail stores, office spaces, and restaurants, you will also be expected to oversee heavy construction elements.<br><br>You will be the number one on site, responsible for health & safety, quality, programme, and subcontractor management.<br><br>You must be comfortable switching between a structural shell and a delicate internal fit-out.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Project Scope: Manage retail, commercial, and hospitality fit-outs.<br><br>Construction Elements: Oversee packages including steelworks, groundworks, concrete pads, and demolition prior to the internal fit-out commencing.<br><br>Travel: Willing to mobilize anywhere within Ireland (ROI & NI) and the UK (England/Scotland/Wales) at short notice.<br><br>Transport and accommodation are fully arranged and compensated.<br><br>Programming: Create and manage detailed lookahead schedules, sequencing structural works followed by MEP and finishing trades.<br><br>Quality Control: Ensure brand standards are met for retail/hospitality clients, while adhering to structural tolerances for steel/concrete works.<br><br>H&S: Conduct inductions, RAMS reviews, and site inspections across multiple legislative jurisdictions (NI/GB/ROI).<br><br>The Ideal Candidate You are a Site Manager who gets bored sitting in one site yard for two years.<br><br>You enjoy frequent travel and working on projects with a quick turnaround.<br><br>Experience: 3+ years of Site Management experience.<br><br>Background must include both fit-out (retail/hospitality) and basic construction (groundworks/steel).<br><br>Technical knowledge: Must understand structural drawings for steel erection as well as joinery/fit-out drawings.<br><br>Card/Certification: SMSTS (CITB) or equivalent; First Aid at Work.<br><br>Attitude: Can-do problem solver.<br><br>You treat travel as part of the adventure, not a burden. xwzovoh <br><br>Driving License: Full, clean license required.<br><br>Salary & Package Salary is up to £60k (Depending on experience) Fully Compensated Travel Accommodation Vehicle & Fuel Carded Skills: Construction Construction Management Site Management Site Engineering Health and Safety Construction Design Fit Out<br>TPBN1_NI
