Finance Manager<br><br>Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.<br><br>Investment Platform<br><br>Location: Surrey (with occasional London meetings)<br><br>£65,000 + depending on experience<br><br>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a growing private investment platform with interests across real estate and emerging investment sectors.<br><br>You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of several investment and operating entities.<br><br>As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of multiple entities, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash management and strong financial controls across the platform.<br><br>The position is primarily based in Surrey, with occasional meetings in London as the investment platform continues to expand.<br><br>Why Apply?<br><br> * Join a dynamic and growing private investment platform<br><br> * Work directly with senior decision-makers<br><br> * Gain exposure to investment activity and real estate development<br><br> * Opportunity to shape financial systems in a growing organisation<br><br> * Clear long-term progression potential<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>Financial Reporting & Management<br><br> * Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities, including oversight of the general ledger and month-end/year-end processes.<br><br> * Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.<br><br> * Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.<br><br> * Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements where applicable.<br><br> * Produce financial insights to support investment oversight and operational decision-making.<br><br>Cash Flow & Payments<br><br> * Monitor cash flow and liquidity across various entities.<br><br> * Process supplier and service provider payments in line with approval procedures.<br><br> * Manage invoices, reconciliations and vendor records.<br><br> * Liaise with banking partners regarding accounts and transactions.<br><br>Operational Finance<br><br> * Support financial oversight of operational costs, project expenditure and investment activity.<br><br> * Assist with financial planning relating to investments and development projects.<br><br> * Prepare financial data for internal meetings and investment discussions.<br><br> * Help implement improvements to financial reporting systems and internal processes.<br><br>Compliance & Governance<br><br> * Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and tax advisors.<br><br> * Assist with corporate and regulatory requirements.<br><br> * Maintain strong financial documentation, controls and reporting standards.<br><br> * Support compliance processes associated with investment and corporate entities. xwzovoh <br><br>Experience and Skills Requirements:<br><br>We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving investment environment.<br><br>You will likely have:<br><br> * A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline<br><br> * A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar) – qualified or part-qualified<br><br> * Around 5–8 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role<br><br> * Experience within investment management, property, financial services or multi-entity businesses<br><br> * Strong knowledge of management accounts, financial reporting and financial controls<br><br> * Excellent Excel and financial systems skills<br><br> * Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability<br><br> * A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work with discretion in a private investment environment<br><br>If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
