<p>Job Description</p><br>Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.<br><p>A quick snapshot of the role:</p><p>Commissioning & Decommissioning</p><ul><li>Install and commission equipment across multiple project locations</li><li>Coordinate with customers to gather audit requirements</li></ul><p>Technical Documentation & Troubleshooting</p><ul><li>Ensure all equipment documentation (manuals, BEPQM, tools/consumables references) is accessible and up to date</li><li>Provide troubleshooting notices for recurring issues</li></ul><p>Training & Customer Support</p><ul><li>Train operators, setters, QC inspectors, maintenance techs, and supervisors</li><li>Provide training reports and certificates</li><li>Train client teams on sample preparation, splice assembly, and e-ticketing</li></ul><p>Level 3 Technical Support</p><ul><li>Respond to e-tickets and provide remote or on-site assistance</li><li>Conduct Level 3 preventive maintenance</li><li>Support equipment standardisation and upgrade deployments</li><li>Produce detailed technical service reports</li></ul><p>Operational Efficiency Monitoring</p><ul><li>Review on-site procedures and quality processes</li><li>Assess cutting, forging, threading, and testing operations</li><li>Monitor production output and recommend optimisations</li></ul><p>What they’re xwzovoh looking for:</p><ul><li>Degree in Engineering or NVQ Level 3/4 (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, or similar)</li><li>Experience in customer service, QC/inspection, or international project work (beneficial)</li><li>Strong technical skills: Mechanical / Electrical / Automation / Hydraulics</li><li>Confident communicator with solid IT skills (Microsoft Office)</li><li>Happy to travel regularly within the region</li></ul>
