<p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Facilities Manager - Oxford - In House </p><p><br><br>Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.<br></p><p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>An experienced Facilities Manager is required to oversee a primary UK site and provide strategic support across multiple international locations. The role ensures all facilities are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently, supporting both technical manufacturing and office environments.</p><p>A key focus is managing controlled/sterile environments, ensuring standards are maintained in line with industry and regulatory requirements.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead fit-out, setup, and expansion of production, laboratory, cleanroom, and office spaces </li><li>Manage facilities operations across multiple sites, including maintenance programmes and service contracts </li><li>Ensure high standards within sterile/controlled environments (e.g. cleanrooms, contamination control, ESD) </li><li>Oversee building systems (electrical, HVAC, utilities, fire and security systems) </li><li>Implement consistent processes, KPIs, and compliance standards across all locations </li><li>Manage and support Office Managers internationally </li><li>Lead physical security strategy (CCTV, access control, alarms) </li><li>Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions </li><li>Manage budgets, suppliers, and contractor performance </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven facilities management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment </li><li>Strong experience working with sterile or controlled environments (e.g. cleanrooms, labs, pharma, electronics) </li><li>Electrical qualification with hands-on capability </li><li>Knowledge xwzovoh of HVAC, utilities, and critical building systems </li><li>Experience managing fit-out/refurbishment projects </li><li>Strong understanding of HSE, compliance, and risk management </li><li>Experience managing contractors and multi-site operations </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Attributes</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on and solutions-focused </li><li>Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills </li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance </li><li>Adaptable in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
