We're looking for an EOTAS Coordinator to support our growing EOTAS service, helping deliver high-quality alternative education packages for learners outside mainstream settings.</p><p>This is a coordination-focused role where you'll combine organisation, communication and education sector knowledge to ensure every learner receives the right support at the right time.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Resource and onboard SEND tutors to support EOTAS packages</li><li>Manage compliance and safeguarding checks across all placements</li><li>Coordinate individualised education packages for learners with SEND</li><li>Build strong relationships with parents, tutors, and local authorities</li><li>Arrange suitable venues for tuition and manage risk assessments</li><li>Track and monitor pupil progress through weekly and termly reporting</li><li>Support the implementation and evaluation of interventions</li><li>Complete and manage tuition request processes for local authorities</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a SEND or education setting (essential)</li><li>Strong organisational and administrative skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively</li><li>Confident communicator, able to liaise with a range of stakeholders</li><li>Understanding of alternative provision, EOTAS, or local authority processes (advantageous)</li><li>Background as a SEND Assistant or similar xwzovoh role (desirable)</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours to fit around your schedule</li><li>Competitive salary (dependent on hours and experience)</li><li>Resourcer commission structure</li><li>Supportive, collaborative team environment</li><li>Opportunity to play a key role in a growing EOTAS provision</li><li>A chance to make a real difference in the lives of learners with SEND</li></ul><p>This is more than just coordination-it's an opportunity to be part of a provision that supports learners who need education delivered differently.</p>
