You'll join a close-knit engineering team where collaboration and innovation go hand-in-hand, and where personal growth is genuinely encouraged.<br>The Role<br>As an Electronics Engineer, you'll work across both hardware and embedded software, contributing to the design, test, and integration of mission-critical security systems.<br>You'll collaborate with mechanical and systems engineers to deliver robust, field-proven solutions designed for some of the toughest conditions imaginable.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br> * Design and develop analogue and digital electronic circuits.<br> * Develop embedded software, splitting time between hardware and firmware design.<br> * Manage and program microelectronics for I/O control and system integration.<br> * Participate in high-security system testing, including blast and ballistic validation.<br> * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complete, integrated security solutions.<br> * Support the ongoing growth and mentoring within the electronics engineering team.<br>What You'll Bring<br> * Strong experience in analogue and digital circuit design.<br> * Proven embedded software development skills (C/C++ preferred).<br> * Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and system integration. xwzovoh <br> * A British passport (required for security clearance).<br> * Passion for working on low-volume, high-performance systems where innovation and reliability are key
