<p>Job Description</p><br>Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.<br><p>Electro-Mechanical Fitter – Team Leader</p><p>Rugby</p><p>£40,000 – £45,000</p><p>Mon–Thurs 7:30–16:00 - Fri 7:30–13:30</p><p>We’re supporting a well-established engineering business in Rugby who are looking to appoint an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter ready to step into a Team Leader role.</p><p>This is a hands-on position working on rotating machinery, offering a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career.</p><p>The Role</p><ul><li>Strip, inspect and rebuild AC/DC motors and rotating machinery</li><li>Work from mechanical and electrical drawings</li><li>Carry out testing and fault finding</li><li>Complete job reports and inspection documentation</li><li>Ensure high standards and first-time fix</li><li>Support and guide a small team within the workshop</li><li>Drive H&S, quality and housekeeping standards</li><li>Help manage workloads and project deadlines</li></ul><p>What They’re Looking For</p><ul><li>NVQ / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)</li><li>Strong electro-mechanical experience</li><li>Background xwzovoh with motors, gearboxes or rotating equipment</li><li>Someone ready to step into a leadership role</li><li>Good attention to detail and quality standards</li></ul><p>Why Apply?</p><ul><li>Early finish every Friday</li><li>Genuine step into leadership</li><li>Stable, well-established engineering environment</li><li>Varied, hands-on technical work</li></ul>
