<p>Job Description</p><br>Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.<br><p>adi Automotive Vehicle Charging Solutions – Electrical Supervisor</p><p>Location – West Midlands</p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Supervisor to lead and deliver small to medium-sized electrical projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.</p><p>This is a hands-on position, requiring active involvement in installation, testing, and commissioning, alongside effective supervision of site activities.</p><p>Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Delivering small to medium sized electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards</li><li>Collaborating closely with the Project Engineer to effectively coordinate labour, materials, and project timelines</li><li>Interpreting and implementing method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe and compliant project delivery</li><li>Supervising subcontractors, maintaining high standards of work and adherence to specifications</li><li>Carrying out regular site safety audits</li><li>Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, site engineers, and key stakeholders through clear communication</li><li>Procuring materials by liaising with wholesalers, obtaining competitive quotations, and managing purchase orders</li><li>Overseeing testing, commissioning, and project completion to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations</li></ul><p>About you</p><p>We would like to hear from you if you have:</p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within industrial and/or commercial environments</li><li>City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 qualification (Inspection & Testing), with strong knowledge of condition reporting</li><li>18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification</li><li>NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)</li><li>Level 3 Inspection, Testing & Certification of Electrical Installations</li><li>SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification</li><li>ECS Gold Card</li></ul><p>The Benefits</p><ul><li>The adi Pit Stop – savings and discounts portal with Reward Gateway</li> xwzovoh <li>Healthcare cash plan</li><li>24/7 GP helpline including private electronic prescription service</li><li>Enhanced Employee assistance programme</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Employee referral bonus of £500 for every successful new employee</li><li>Generous holiday allowance</li><li>Celebration days</li><li>Company-wide Christmas party for employees and partners</li><li>Annual employee awards</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Free workwear</li></ul><p>The company</p><p>Find out more about adi -</p><p>Other organisations may call this role an Electrical Site Supervisor, EV Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Installation Supervisor or M&E Site Supervisor.</p><p>adi Group is fully committed to the principle of equal opportuni</p>
