They deliver high-quality solutions that support both traditional and modern construction methods, driving the continued growth of the UK construction industry.<br><br>Role Overview<br><br>We are looking for a proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy, heavy industrial FMCG site. This is a hands-on role where you'll maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly, often working with older machinery and equipment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.<br>Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime.<br>Work on older plant and equipment, including pumps, hydraulics, gearboxes, valves, and generators.<br>Perform PLC diagnostics and fault-finding.<br>Support planned preventative maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.What We're Looking For<br><br>Strong multi-skilled electrical and mechanical experience.<br>NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering; time-served apprenticeship preferred.<br>17th/18th Edition electrical qualification.<br>Experience in heavy industry or FMCG environments.<br>Confident with PLC fault-finding (any brand).<br>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Desirable Skills:<br><br>Experience with older plant and machinery.<br>Knowledge of industrial hydraulics, gearboxes, and valves.<br>Proactive approach to continuous improvement.Benefits<br><br>Premium overtime rates.<br>15% employer pension contribution.<br>25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.<br>Ongoing training and development.<br>Private healthcare.<br>Company sick pay scheme. xwzovoh <br>Permanent role with a leading UK FMCG manufacturer.If you're ready for an exciting opportunity with a respected industry leader, apply today or get in touch
